NBC: US has been informed British Authorities believe Manchester blast caused by suicide bomber

Bomber was outside near box office; set off bomb at end of concert when crowd was leaving.

(this would explain why the dash cam video has the music continuing after the explosion occurs)

Unconfirmed story. They heard it was a suicide bomber outside the venue with a nail bomb.
