Why Sessions not revealing Russian meeting is very important

In my opinion this proves that the extent of the corruption of this administration goes far beyond one incident. Like Watergate, it is multi faceted and goes beyond the initial issue. If Session lied in his confirmation, or excluded very important information, that in itself is a crime. So, the corruption and lies are sweeping beyond what was, at the beginning, one issue...The Russian aid to Trump.. As the story unfolds, there is more and more lies and cover-ups of those lies about different issues.

As Watergate unfolded we also saw lies by the Atty General, and staff, and staff of the election campaign. Those issues, in the long run, exceeded a simple break in. The fact that the break in was funded by the campaign, was indeed incredible.

But, all of the Watergate took a couple of years to come out. All of this is in the space of 4 months from inauguration. .............

Unless they were required to do so by Donald Trump before they could work in his Administration?

..is indeed "deep corruption"..You must break the law, put another country first, in order to ..."work in his Administration"

So..if that was a prerequisite, it was illegal. Since this is moving along rather rapidly in my opinion, I think this will get exposed quite soon. It could be that the "other stuff" is worse than some of the "original stuff"
I just hope it will all come out.

... of the Russian con game. His financial ties made him an easy mark, but I genuinely believe he was being "run" by people owned by or loyal to the Russians and inserted into his campaign. Trump is not loyal to either the U.S. or to Russia. He's loyal to Trump and $.

I think most of the problems they are having now is because he is simply too stupid to realize what he's done. Treason doesn't compute for him. It's confusing to him. If he got what he wanted, how does it matter what he did to get it?

The rest of the admin is busy covering up shit, and he's standing there saying "what? What'd I do?"

I know lawyers take a lot of grief for being lying weasels. (It's okay, we can take it). And while there are certainly unethical lawyers, I will tell you that the VAST majority of attorneys take ethics and the rule of law very seriously. Casual lying on sworn documents is a big deal. It's enough to get one disbarred in some cases, and rightly so. We can't just let this go. If the politicians don't see the seriousness of this, attorneys do. We need to be demanding his resignation.

Allowing snakes into our institutions is what congressional oversight is all about.
They have failed.

I suspect the original teabagger gang with all their "tear down the government" shit were all along funded by Russian operatives.
As deep as Putins' fangs are in them at this point, it has had to been going on a long time.
