Bill Clinton? Jimmy Carter? Ronald Reagan? Barack Obama? Richard Nixon? Dwight Eisenhower? Richard Nixon? LBJ? Lincoln? Jackson? Andrew Johnson? The truly remarkable thing about the American presidency compared to positions of political leadership in most countries is how few offspring of rich and influential families HAVE become President. I can think of the Roosevelts, the Bushes, JFK and a few others that fit that category, but for the most part they haven't been.
