In lieu of our next war, can the leaders just throw shade at each other on Twitter?

Apparently public twitter fights are the new back alley fist fights. Oh, to "throw shade" is to publicly disrespect someone.

trump Jr is apparently fighting with the Longtime Jeopardy champ Ken Jennings, about what I'm too tired to give a fuck. And now it looks like trump has finally got Hillary to respond. https://www.democraticunderground.com/10029142142

It's so much more civil than a traditional war where we lose blood and treasure trying to sort out our leader's personal issues. It's sophisticated like dueling, except the participants can do it while on the toilet.
