I'm not even joking. It's not even a matter of accepting him as the President or acknowledging he's the President.
My brain has somehow blocked any notion that this man could possibly be the leader of my country.
The words "President" and "Donald Trump" are akin to like-poles of a magnet. They naturally repel each other, no matter how much effort is made to push them together.
Something tells me I'm not the only one.

(115,930 posts)because that's an oxymoron. He might be technically the president but as far as I'm concerned the presidency no longer means anything that I am able to respect. He's defiling the office just as much as if he took a dump on the desk in the Oval Office every morning.
