Smoke and mirrors

Based on some reading, we have already signed the treaty, it's already the "law of the land". The terms of the treaty state that we cannot withdraw for the first 3 years and after that we have to give 1 year notice.
He does not have unilateral authority to remove us from a treaty.
It becomes more and more likely every day that republican45 is going to be impeached therefore I am choosing to ignore this as ignorant bluster from someone who matters a little less every day.

The Constitution requires that treaties be ratified with 2/3 of the Senate. In fact, PBO did it as something like an Executive Order.
