Question about Comey and executive privilege.

If Trump uses it to stop him from testifying before congress, would that keep him from just holding a press conference and confirming the the info about the meetings between him and Trump?

He can't claim executive privilege.

He'll just have his Senate Flying Monkeys try to distract, and smear and lie about Comey.

He knows a court would never uphold exec privilege, so he can't rush trying and failing.

the Trump administration would have to get a court order. A judge could order Comey
not to comment on an issue. Realistically, that's not going to happen.

Comey's testimony is evidence that contributes to findings of fact. Trumpy loses.
