Notice: If you open any email attachment, you will be immediately fired!
If you work in these offices on computers supplied by this county, you are directed never to open any attachment in any email delivered to your email address. If you do open any attachment, whether it is malicious or not, you will be summarily discharged.
Further, the use of any USB memory device or other external data storage device is prohibited. Anyone discovered using such a device will be summarily discharged.
Further, downloading of any apps or other software from the Internet is strictly prohibited. Only applications and other software supplied and installed by election department IT personnel is allowed on any computer connected to the Election office network. Anyone violating this rule will be summarily discharged.
Further, no employee of these offices is allowed to use any computer supplied by this county for any personal reason whatsoever. That includes checking personal emails, visiting any social media online website, or shopping for any product online. The computers in these offices are for OFFICIAL USE ONLY! Anyone who violates these directions will be summarily discharged.
If you need to check personal emails or engage in any other internet activity, you must use your own devices, which may not be connected in any way to computers used for official business.
All computer devices in these election offices are for official use only. They are not connected to any other network, and are not to be connected to any other network.
