taking it by obfuscating a reply. Or not supplying evidence, positively or negatively, when it is asked for. Because taking the 5th is perceived as an admission of guilt even though it's not.

that no such conversation took place between he and Chump. This could very well have been a purposeful disinformation release to the media to embarrass them today.

They act like they would burst into flames if they actually answered a question.
