Trump talking with the GOP committee members, with Comey and others just put the truth at risk and we will never find the truth. Seeing this morning's hearing, these men don't want to harm the president and I don't have proof but it looks as if their loyalty is to the president. They had a chance to put the country first, but they did not want to risk their careers for reason unknown to the public.

Comey will advance the arguments for Trumpy's removal.

And second, there are too many powerful people in executive positions who see this whole issue as an aspect of war with Russia. Real war. And they see Trumpy and the GOP leadership as sympathetic (at a minimum) with the enemy. This is serious business. Trumpy's "reality TV" persona is a cover for a genuine coup.

If the argument is not advanced tomorrow, we'll be on the road to a lost war.

3. Take heart- Comey's detailed thought processes are evident in his opening statement.

He seems very focused, and reading it calmed me down (as to what the wild-cards will be tomorrow).
