Remember when Obama kicked out everyone from a room

after having dinner with several high Cabinet officials and abruptly asked a stunned FBI director to stop a criminal investigation of a good friend poised to be in his Cabinet......and was not impeached? And also, in a separate meeting Obama demanded personal loyalty of the FBI director in the midst of that and another major political investigation concerning Obama's connections with a hostile foreign state, and then fired him when he refused to give a Heil Hitler...remember how even the Democrats were with the law and against abuse of the vast powers of the WH and not beholden to partisan politics?

What makes me the most sick today is how Republicans defend these high crimes and pretend this is all no big deal. What evil will they not support to keep Trump in the WH? Does Pence scare them more?

they just don't know how to cut their losses.

they could sacrifice one man and quickly move on, pence would serve their agenda just fine.

but they just can't bring themselves to let go no matter how toxic he becomes.

Are like Hitler's generals near the end of the war. They know he's crazy and is leading them and the country to disaster, but everyone's scared to be the first to step out of line against the power-mad maniac.

On edit: this is not a Hitler comparison; fortunately they can get rid of him with the Constitution and the courts, but they fear
for their political lives.
