...falls on it's face when last summer he cried about Lynch talking with Bill on the tarmac.

Trump probably had no idea about the Clinton/Lynch meeting appeared to be inappropriate at best. Someone probably just told him to talk about how it was wrong.

Demonstratively ignorant, so at least that part is true enough. You're right, though. His conniption fit and subsequent tweets and remarks, over the tarmac meeting belie any claim of ignorance of wrongdoing.
