7. Well, in 7 days I'm filing suit against Bank of America for failure

9. They had the death certificate and a notarized letter of instructions. Then they wanted their letter

head on that form, so sent them 2 other notarized letter of instructions (they have 3 total). Then sent certified letter warning that I would turn it over to attorneys, and zero response from BofA.
