to honor their Payable On Death beneficiary agreements. They are withholding my access to a good deal of money left by my sister. They said it would take up to 30 days and we'll be at 60 days next week.

Death certificate as proof didn't get funds within a aweek or so? Something sounds fishy on their end.

head on that form, so sent them 2 other notarized letter of instructions (they have 3 total). Then sent certified letter warning that I would turn it over to attorneys, and zero response from BofA.
