He says indicting him might be possible -- it has never been tested. Or a prosecutor could hand the House an indictment and let them turn it into articles of impeachment.
He strongly disagrees with Dershowitz's idea that a President cannot guilty of obstruction of justice. He says Dershowitz couldn't be more wrong, and that he must have forgotten some basic principles of Constitutional law. "Much as I admire Alan Dershowitz I think he's completely off base on this."
He also says DT is guilty of an abuse of power by defaming the FBI. He says there is a kind of "bribing situation" with Comey, dangling his job above his head . "I'm going to get rid of you unless you plead loyalty to me."
He says the whole is larger than the sum of its parts -- some obstruction of justice, plus an abuse of power, plus bribery -- it all adds up to something bigger.
