Scarborough notes that Trump has broken every campaign promise, but who's surprised?
Seriously...when Trump was on the campaign trail and said that Republicans wanted to gut Medicaid, Medicare, Health Care in general, and Social Security, and he said "I'm not going to let that happen," let's see a show of hands here.
WHO actually thought he was not going to let it happen?
