Trump says Mueller was on the list to be the next FBI Director?

It was reported as "Breaking News" on Greta's show on MSNBC.

But that should surprise no one. He always tries flattery first. He hopes to see an opening, a weakness, a desire for something, so he can manipulate the situation and the person. Then, he shoots them down.

At first, he told James Comey about the "great job" he was doing. Then, when he does not get what he wants from Comey, he fires him. That is his method of operation.

If the Special Prosecutor was smart, in my opinion, he would request a sit-down interview with Donald Trump in the next week. Of course, Donald Trump is incapable of speaking three sentences without lying, as we all know. There is little doubt but that he would perjure himself.

But, if Mueller were to actually request the interview, my bet is that Trump would backtrack so fast it would make your head spin? He would either say that his lawyers had advised him against it or he would declare "executive privilege", probably the former? He is talking bullshit for his weak-minded supporters. Nothing else.
