Well, my mini vacation is over!

Hope everyone has a great weekend. It is going to HOT for most of the country, stay cool!

but very comfortable because I live in the mountains. HOT in Albuquerque.

in OC, Ca after living a little south and just 8 - 10 miles inland for 25 years. It runs about 20 degrees cooler here. It's been breezy and at times downright chilly. I've got to say, it's lovely!

Taking time off between jobs...turning my drive home into a 10 day mini vacay. Stopping in Reno/Lake Tahoe, Vegas, Grand Canyon for extended pit stops then home. Looking forward to some offline/mental time away from this mess though I'll catch up in the evenings some after my daytime excursions.
Stocking up on lotion and a hat...and water for the cooler! Definitely looking hot/sunny on my route home!
