Which crime would be the worst?

Obstruction of justice?
a. mike flynn
b. firing Comey

Collusion with russians before, during after campaign?

Violating emoluments clause?

Treason?

I imagine others have asked, but a quick search of DU didn't give me a hit. Thanks!

I don't know why.

Perhaps, it has something to do with the Google search algorithm that DU uses as its own personal "site search" engine. So far as I can tell, at least for me, it hasn't worked for years.

If you find out why, let us know.

Which carries a penalty of life in prison, or death in times of war. On the other hand, there is no penalty in the Constitution for violating the emoluments clause.

I was thinking, if it isn't proved trump was involved in collusion, but he is impeached for obstructing justice because of flynn, he'd have been better off staying out of flynn's problems.

That is so odd, because trump lets people swing, and doesn't care beyond what they can/will do for trump.

Conviction because it would result in asset seizure plus prison time accumulated for each separate offense within the scope of the RICO case
....
which, considering his apparent health issues, would essentially be the equivalent of a life sentence.....

Although, I personally would prefer that he have the opportunity to live Asset-free (due to their seizure) after being released from prison....
