Before we launch into another week here (sigh), I want to quietly ask, re: tax returns: why

couldn't the right palms be greased at the right time/right place, and LOSER 45 then produces a signed, stamped, certified, "100% genuine", yet utterly falsified, tax return?

Couldn't a bogus, yet believable, document be produced?

Is the IRS impenetrable?

Have been wondering for months now; too embarrassed to ask

1. Twitler absolutely could release a tax return

and swear it's the real deal when in actuality it's not. Or he could file it then file a corrected return and we would never know.
