Standard Operating Procedure: when thinks look bad for Republicans they shoot the messenger. In particular, do it before trouble hits the news wires. Republicans are starting to panic.

Republican Gingrich was self-deluded if he ever thought Trump-Russia was a peccadillo that was going to fade away from the news because Mueller was appointed.

Republican stupid Minority President Trump is going down and going to take Republicans with him. The Republican-Trump unified brand must be seen as such by voters. Democrats need to frame the language online and onscreen every chance they get.

For example Republican Rep Darrell Issa votes 100% with Republican Pres Trump. His district voted for Hillary by a margin of 7.5% and Republican Issa only squeaked through.
