news and the realization of the horror of being a helpless victim comes to them. So now the hateful playing field they created isn't so benign. Some of these legislators had their children with them at this baseball practice. Thank heavens none of them were injured physically, but the same cannot be said for their emotional health.
Getting shot at is something you don't soon forget, ask any combat vet. Or ask any member of a minority community who daily deal with shots being fired. It's a common way of life and they have no special security assigned to shadow them as they go about their lives.
The clear anguish expressed by these victims is not to be taken lightly. So too is the money for vets suffering from PTSD or the money for a good education for all children being slashed or sent to right wing religious charter schools not to be taken lightly.
Correctly noted here is the republicans response to Gabby Gifford shooting. The shooter is not to be ascribed a political reference. So too should be the case with this shooter. These people are criminals. No matter your persuasion or affiliations, if you act criminally, you are by definition a criminal, nothing more.
Hopefully all victims will fully recover and be able to return to their lives.

Sleep with the NRA and get fleas.
What goes around comes around.
If it would have been Democrats shot by a right wing type the republicans would not be nice about it.
