If it was in Trump country, they are probably sold out of the Trump ones, and have extras of Obama. Binkie The Clown Jun 2017 #6

I bought plates. Cups. Kept pins, stickers. Yard signs.
I was proud to have them.

is the lanyard that allowed me to get into the room as a guest on election night when Obama won his second election. My husband has his, too.

We had worked for Obama's reelection, and were lucky enough to get tickets to that event in McCormick Place. I will never forget it!

Don't mean to be a downer, but let's be realistic. If it is truly Trump country then the Trump plates are the ones they would have trouble keeping in stock.

I have noticed that in that area, all of the trump signs have disappeared and there is now a giant pro-immigration sign

But you're right - but, gee, didja have to rain on my parade, Binkie?!?!

I was still really depressed about Bush being re-elected and felt very wary of all the red states we were traveling through. Not scared-just not in the mood to be around a lot of Bushbots. I was particularly nervous about Texas and planned our route so we would just be driving strait through the panhandle without needing to stop for any length of time. We did stop for gas and I was going to wait in the car but I needed to use the bathroom. Inside this rural, heart-of-red-country gas station/convenience store there was an entire counter filled with the most anti-Bush stuff I had ever seen-buttons, bumber stickers, etc-really vicious stuff. I guess you never can tell.
