Was Trump's face color closer to the white or the red stripes on the flag behind him?

During Trump's short address before the baseball game just now, his face looked remarkably red. In fact, with the flag next to him in the picture, to me his face looked much closer to the red stripes than the white ones. Did anyone else notice that?
