Watching AM Joy with Greg Palast

talking about voter suppression and I didn't realize election officials could turn "anti-hacking" software on or off on voting machines.
Greg gave the example of the Ohio voting machines and that software was turned off during the Presidential election.
So there is one more piece of evidence that confirms that in all probability the 2016 election was flipped to Trump..Hell yes it was stolen

Was that part of it? I was searching for it the other day and couldn't find it.

I assume these are the tabulators?

I've also read about the capability of scaling factors being a hidden feature on some machines, that could be turned on and off. That seemed like an obvious tool -- scale some precincts at 95%, others at 105%. It was supposedly put in the program to deal with certain types of very uncommon ballot measures.

I have no doubt that votes were flipped or thrown out during the last election. KY's 2015 Governor's
should have been a major red flag w/the Democratic A.G. having a 5 or 6 point lead going into the
election but then losing by 9 or 10 points.
