Will Dianne Feinstein be able to leave office in Jan 2025 at the age 91 when her 5th term expires?

If Feinstein-D is unable to serve out her term, will there be a special election in 2022 or If Feinstein-D is forced to leave office in 2023/2024-which Democrat is likely to get appointed to that seat?
