It doesn't look bad there. I hate when folks don't vote because of a little rain. And before you go there, yes I've lived exactly in that area and know how bad it can get. Am currently in Charlotte. I wouldn't want to travel an hour, but it's rare you have to go that far to vote - I mean really. In all my 40+ years of voting, my polling place has never been further than 2 miles from my house.
