... something like 4% of the Republicans who voted for Hillary voted for Handel. Or 4% of the "Never-Trump" brigade voted for Handel.

Unless there's other information forthcoming, I find it very unlikely that 4% of actually Hillary supporters, Democrats, would have voted for her.

5. Makes sense. Voting for Trump was insane. Voting for Handel was merely stupid.

Trump scared away a certain contingency of conservatives who would otherwise vote straight GOP. They returned to support Handel.
