to Republicans if it's popular, or not. It's going to pass, the wealthy will get their massive tax cuts, and people will die from lack of healthcare. That's not seen as a problem for the GOP. At least not right now . It might certainly become a problem in 2018, but the short-sighted Republicans will find a way to blame everything on Democrats by then. It's what they do, and they're damned good at it.
