2. I'm so sick of hearing that term 'job creator' used to defend/justify the rich and greedy.

Although many (like Willard, according to his tax returns) hire through agencies, the Ueber-wealthy create a lot of openings for valet parking attendants, stable muckers, yacht cleaners, lawn maintainers, bathroom cleaners, etc., etc. Is it really their fault that they mostly go through agencies to keep their hands clean and avoid paying living wages, benefits, and normal employment taxes?

I would like to see some Democratic candidates address this head-on: OK, Mr. Job Creator, tell me the specific jobs you have created in the last 3 years, and how many existing jobs have you off-shored or eliminated. I bet the latter far exceeds the former.
