Please, everyone send a nice email to Susan Collins,

thanking her for opposing the Republican NoCare bill. Show some support for her position, whether you live in Maine or not. It's a good idea and will help bolster her decision. You could also thank Senator Heller and any of the others who have indicated that they don't like the bill.

We can communicate with Republicans, too, and should on important issues like this.

What a wonderful idea! We all like a little praise now and then. (I sense the beginnings of a "what-can-I-do-to-help" movement.) Send a thank you note, you'll feel better... and so will they.
