During the campaign, someone suggested using "The Bully Pulpit" to Trump.

So, he looked up "bully" and "pulpit" in his Merriam-Webster Children's Dictionary. He read the definitions there, and vowed to follow presidential tradition and be the "bully-in-chief" when speaking in public, as often as possible. Nobody can say that Trump doesn't do his research.
