Trumpy clings to two factions: his army of Neanderthals, and his cadre of billionaires. Neither wants single payer, neither wants to accept climate change. End of story.

But IMO he doesn't have that kind of power. And Republicans in Congress would not back that. It's his ticket to losing in 2020. Sadly.

Would Dems support him if he went for this option? I am in favor of treating Trump like the school bully and ignore him until he goes away. So that outcome is problematic.
