6. I am thinking someone is playing a game here. I don't think McCain wanted to vote before

the CBO scored it, that should be out tomorrow. If some of the Senators who are on the edge and facing election they may not vote yes on this bill. I have heard chatter McConnell is perhaps going to have a vote and if the bill fails he can tell Trump he did the best he could. McConnell also knows we will be running on Trumpcare in 2018, this could work against the GOP and maybe we could gain some seats in the House and Senate.
