Liberal reality check: The BSA, Mother Teresa, John McCain - They All Suck

We liberals are famous for berating Rs/deplorables/rubes for being averse to reality, of living in an alt universe where certain fantasies are taken as fundamental truths. Things like Rs being more patriotic than Ds, or better on the economy than Ds, or more spiritual than Ds.

All not only untrue but decisively untrue.

Yet we liberals have the same problem as do conservatives. We don't bother researching certain things and just accept received opinion for being accurate. We do it with the Scouts. We do it with Mother Teresa. We do it with John McCain. None of these organizations/people are a bargain. They all actually offer the opposite of what received opinion says they offer.

Do yourself a favor and spend 30 minutes researching these three sacred cows. You may be surprised at what you learn.

You are right. She was a huge hypocrite. I had no idea.

3. She was pure unadulterated evil personified

She caused pain on purpose, she wanted the poor and sick to suffer. The more they suffered the closer to Christ. She denied pain meds in generral and no anesthesia for procedures. The list is long. She kept the money used for pain and cleaning proceedures.
One sick human and revered by the Catholic Church.
