The three biggest success stories states were KY, WV, and Arkansas
Before the ACA passed we held 4 out of 6 Senate seats, 3 out of 3 governorships, and 9 out of 13 Congressman. Now we have 1 Senate seat, 2 out of 13 Congressmen, and 1 governorship. In addition we had 5 state legislative chambers and split control of the 6th we now have none of them. And of course, neither Obama nor Clinton carried any of them. If the ACA goes down this is why. The stunning lack of gratitude of the electorates of these states is why the GOP has control of the Senate. It is also why we will never have health reform again.
