The Country Could Be In Critical Condition Long Before 2018.

By 2018 the US could be too damaged to resuscitate. I am really concerned about everything that is going on. I feel that the country is in a real crisis right now.

rightwing power push has won. The ultra wealthy know that the vicious capitalism they believe in can not exist in a democracy, it needs fascism. The super rich back in the 30s and 40s admired Hitler and Mussolini and wanted that sort of government here, they would be thrilled with 45 and the current GOP.

The last week or so, it feels to me that things are spiraling out of control.

That things are happening that are NOT being addressed but should be, and that those things will mean ... well, devastation for the U.S. as a nation.

I hope I'm wrong.

It feels heavy, scary, and inescapable if the Republicans don't start taking their oversight responsibilities much more seriously.

Needless to say, I hope I'm wrong.
