Official to CNN: Drudge at White House 'all the time'

Reclusive Drudge Report founder Matt Drudge visits the White House “all the time,” according to a senior administration official who spoke with CNN.
Drudge, who edits the conservative news source, reportedly meets with President Trump, his daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared Kushner frequently.
Drudge has been a loyal supporter of Trump since he announced his candidacy, and has regularly shared news items favorable to the president. But he has been growing frustrated with the president recently, according to anonymous sources who spoke with CNN.
"Drudge takes some credit, I think, for getting Trump elected into the White House and he expected him to follow through on the promises he campaigned on,” one source said.
Another source said Drudge is “starting to get a bit miffed.”
”Drudge may have helped Trump win the White House, but he's never beholden to anyone," the second source told CNN. "What's gnawing at him now is that Trump is not following through on his campaign promises -- the ideals that helped him win and also brought Drudge's backing."
