Business buying a home with no money down. I sold a mutual fund I owned and turned my IRA into all cash except for a zero coupon muni bond that I held for many years. I still have that cash and am now thinking of selling that zero coupon.

I would like to buy a new car but I am not willing to take a loan out now. I inherited a house that needs a lot of work and I am nervous about taking out a loan now to improve it because the economy could crash under thumpenstein and his greedy GOP banksters. I went to a financial advisor for the first time in my life. I told him the economy was going to blow up. He perked right up. He listened to what I had to say. He agreed we were doing things wrong but he did not believe the economy would blow up. I told him he was wrong.

I asked him where could I move my money so it could survive a economic collapse. He had no answer. The next day he called me about an account that was to good to be true. I told him its accounts like that have led to economic collapse. I took it. I have done well.
