There was a lot of bashing of Sen. Collins here for awhile
She was someone who couldn't be trusted, she'd fall in line with the rest of the Repubs in the end, she was all talk and so on.
To stop Trump or at least limit the damage he can do, we are going to need Repubs. If it was just up to the Dems in Congress, a full repeal of Obamacare would have already passed both houses and been signed by Trump already.
We ought to be thankful for the Repubs who do stand out from the majority of their own party and vote with the Dems. Three did so last night and they all deserve equal credit for killing the skinny bill.
Hopefully, we'll take the House back in 2018 and maybe even the Senate. If Trump is still in office, instead of just trying to sop him, we can drive a stake through his heart and finish him off for good.
