(15,543 posts)republicans have sold out America to a freaking casino hustler and his handlers in the russian money-laundering mob. Nice work, republicans. You freaking greedy blind wankers. This is all on you. And now he - the freaking Five-Time Draft-Dodger you infected on America - is pissing on you, too.
Wake up, republicans. Wake up and smell the stench of your own TreasonWeasels.

(50,949 posts)Does he think that Bannon's new "soak the rich" plan is going to win him favour among Republicans.
It is really something to watch incompetence at this level.

(90,763 posts)And, part of that means being independent of any party. (or laws, or rules, or norms, or standards of government)
He is creating an autocracy.
Any staffers that tell him that this is how it is done (because it is, and has been, the standards by which America's government has functioned) is a staffer he has gotten rid of or will get rid of eventually.

(52,206 posts)In business, he burns employees, partners, lenders, suppliers, everyone. It's worked for him because there's always another fool standing in line happy to be the next sucker.
Politics is different, you can't just burn people and move on the next sucker.
But he can't help himself, it's the only tool in his very limited kit. Republicans disappointed him, so he'll burn them and try to move on to the next sucker. But there the republicans in congress remain.
This can't end well for Benedict Donald.
