Let's give credit where credit is due, Cotton of Arkansas and Perdue of Georgia, who worked together to come up with the original bill!

This bill is just a modified version of what the two Klansmen introduced back in February of this year!

Up till 1941 and in most Mid Western States,German was the first language of 51% of the Populace. In our house,we spoke mostly German until we entered Grade School were it was not allowed to speak our Native Language. Only exception was Latin.
