Secret Service spends $13,500 on golf cart rentals

President Trump insists he's on a "working vacation," but that hasn't stopped the Secret Service from spending $13,500 on golf cart rentals ahead of this go-round in Bedminster, N.J.

A purchase order, pulled by progressive super PAC American Bridge and reviewed by USA TODAY, showed the agency signed the golf cart rental contract last week, the day before the president left for his 17-day vacation up at Trump National Golf Club.

The New York vendor providing the golf carts to the Secret Service has daily, weekly and month rental rates. Weekly rates range from $500 to $900 a cart, depending on the model and monthly rates range from $750 to $1,200 a cart.

The agency also signed two rental contracts with the same company in June, each worth $5,400.

1. Wait a minute. Aren't those HIS carts since it is HIS club?

Why do they have to rent anything? If you own it there's free usage, right ?

But the Secret Service doesn't. So they spend a bunch of money, and it all goes back into his pocket.

I honestly don't have any idea why it's not something that's getting him impeached. He's been doing it since day one and tt's as blatant as it gets.

3. There is a case from a Dem in Congress and it is going before a federal

judge. I think it's regarding his DC hotel. All the Dems and anyone with ethics is pissed off (so that excludes all Republicans naturally). We don't have any power though. Imagine if Hillary or Obama did half this shit. Every time I think I can't hate the GOP any more than I already do, I find even more to be angry about everyday it seems. Their greed, animosity and hypocrisy have no bounds.
