He was speaking the truth. One by one, little by little, rethugs are coming forward with little snippets. After PINO has been clawing at his fellow rethugs (Sessions and McConnel especially), he's going to be hard pressed to find support when he needs it.

He changed his party affiliation from Republican to Independent the day after Trump "won" the election.

this amongst themselves and the Cabinet will have to use the 25th before they'll ever impeach him. They know he's crazy but he is still a Repub. His cabinet will have to do it to save their party's reputation for the 2018 elections. But if he keeps going after McConnell they may lose their patience. His handling of Sessions really pissed them off.
