My fantasy forum.
- No generalizing about women, gays, Republicans, or any other group friendly or not, except in a statistical way.
- No wishing anybody- including opponents- death, mutilation, or family tragedy.
- No threads or comments with the latest violent video of some fight or mishap that has no general or political significance.
- No threads that are in reference to another thread but don't say so. If you want to comment in a thread do so. Starting a new vanity thread about a subject already established and active would be locked. However:
- All threads cap at 100 comments. Then a new thread on that subject can be started.
- No insinuating other posters are bots or trolls or whatever- unless you do it by name, but you better be right because if you're not you get a time-out. (It would be OK to refer to the phenomena of bots or Russian trolls etc, but if you believe someone is one of those things then you should alert on them and tell others to and let the process work.)
- No curse filled rants. There are places for that, this would not be that place.
I guess we could call it the Old Fart Forum.
