Where do you suppose they're getting their Tiki Torches?

A few months back I saw a young white male take three of them from Home Depot. I remember thinking that I had never actually seen anyone purchase tiki torches before.

I wonder what stores are going to increase their inventory to meet the racist demand.

You can get them at Home Depot, Walmart, Lowe's, etc. They're in the mosquito control section.

Now I wish they weren't mosquito control because these SOBs deserved to be attacked by a swarm of mosquitoes.

I think people use them because the smoke keeps mosquitos away.

I can just see the real torches they'd make with broomsticks, ripped up polyester golf shirts and charcoal starter. The burning polyester would melt all over them and then people like me would have to cope with them in the ER.

I think WalMart and Target also sell them, they're big at suburban pool parties.

Anytime someone has a party, out come the tiki torches. The guy you saw was probably planning an outdoor party.

They supposedly repel mosquitoes - citronella candles.

All of my in-laws are into entertaining and have stashes of them.

Are for positive reasons.

That said, as I go in to purchase new canisters I fully understand if the person next to me has that thought. It's how terrorism works. In the mind it can even pit friends against friends.
