Trump and his rhetoric is divisive and they are doing that on purpose.

After 9/11 the country seemed to be very united, everyone was putting up flags and everyone seemed to be united as a country. Would that happen today? If we had another attack, would we be as united as we were then. My guess is no, I think not. Trump is divisive. That is a given and we all can see that, he was doing that during the campaign. We all know that. My question is, is that by design? I think yes, he is doing this on purpose and he is being guided by someone else, of course Bannon is someone who comes to the top of that list, but he is doing this on purpose. He is being guided and groomed for this for a while now. This did not happen overnight. To what purpose would someone (or another country) do this? Would it be to create an authoritarian government, to do it from within? The answer has to be yes, all the evidence is there. What is even more alarming is so many repugs are not calling him out because this is obvious and simply can not be denied. They are tearing apart our system of government piece by piece, and creating more bigotry and hatred helps them to get away with it.

the aftermath. Many of the principles Trump uses are the same. Too many Americans are far too young to remember those times and how some of this is similar.

So many moving parts, his taxes, Russia-gate, his divisive rhetoric and supporting neo facists and the KKK, claiming to not know who David Duke is, Russian billionaires. It is hard to follow. So I thought it would be helpful to take a few steps back and look at the larger picture which I think is dividing the country and creating an authoritarian government.
