Has anyone else seen the ad using Ben Carsons name?

I saw most of it today. It was a commercial selling reverse mortgages. I didn't see his face but I am pretty sure I saw his name being used. First, as a currant secretary of HUD, is it legal for him to do this? Second, he has shown himself to be as much as a money grubber as tRump. That means he is getting paid. Has anyone else seen this? It was into the commercial before it sunk in to my conscious. If I didn't see what I thought I saw, I apologize for misinformation. If I did see what I thought, what the hell is he doing? There would be no way that it is legal.

Interesting, and thanks, NYETNYET. I didn't confirm a speech is where the video "quotes" were taped, but apparently Carson gave a speech back in July praising reverse mortgages. Hope some enterprising journalists will be digging for signs of a payoff. I also very much doubt the HUD salary satisfies this guy. DC swarms these years with megamillionaires and billionaires who make public employees at all levels feel like low-income workers.
