2. Disgraceful that a public monument to Taney existed

It's hard to imagine a more unjust and damaging Supreme Court decision than his Dred Scott one. Glad that statue's gone and may it stay gone. Replace it with a statue of David Simon, writer of important TV like Homicide, Treme and The Wire.
