So Mr. Netanyahu, how's that alliance with Trump working for you now?

Things could start to get interesting in Israel where Netanyahu is already dealing with a corruption scandal. Much like Trump, Netanyaho has never been reticent about going off publicly against real or imagined terrorist threats posed by Muslims. Now his very good friend and ally Donald Trump is getting blasted around the world for acting as a literal Nazi apologist (at best). To date the response from Netanyahu has been noticeably slow and rather muted for him.

And what about Sheldon Adelson, mega American billionaire and Right Wing donor to Republicans who owns the Israeli daily newspaper Israel Hayom?

..it's the same reason that the wealthy and the Christian right are putting up with this: Access to power and control. It's no different than the Christian right adoring and aligning themselves with an adulterous pig. Because in the end they know he will give them what they want.

None of those groups or people have any sense of decency or morality, not now and not even before Trump came along.

The fact is that if anyone, of any demographic group other than straight up "racist nazis", then it is DESPITE his positions and words and BECAUSE he gives them what he wants and they are willing to overlook the rest.

That goes for voters as well as leaders.

Also, maybe I missed it but has Abe Foxman and the ADL made statements in condemnation of Trump and these marches?

I suspect they will alarm a lot of Israel voters. Don't know the answer to your question but I did just go looking for today's English edition of Adelson's Israeli newspaper. It appears to be silent on what is happening here with Trump and the Nazi march: http://www.israelhayom.com/site/today.php

No doubt planning for it is already underway. From everything they say American Nazis plan to stay very visible between now and then. They will be impossible to ignore at a gathering like that.
