If the 2018-midterms are like the 2014-midterms, they will be brutal for the GOP.

In the 2014-midterms, the democratic candidates tried to distance themselves from Obama in a desperate bid to attract moderate voters.
Democratic candidates running away from the democratic President.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaand the Democrats lost big-time.


Now we have republican candidates trying to distance themselves from Trump in a desperate bid to attract moderate voters.
Republican candidates running away from the republican President.


Voters want somebody who can get shit done. Trump won in 2016 because he had an (undeserved) reputation of getting shit done.
A party in disarray does not look like "getting shit done".
